Method
In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
Knead on a floured surface for 5–7 minutes until smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 475°F (250°C).
Roll out the dough into a circle about 12 inches wide.
Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving 1 inch around the edge.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add basil leaves and lightly drizzle olive oil on top.
Bake for 10–12 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
